Monday motivation from Mel to kick start the week with a Speed and technical session to hit the ground running. Luke smashes through a big gym session before an evening swim session focussing on kick and speed work. Finally Adam and Nash head to the Ice bath and Sauna for another quality bit of recovery. Спорт
