I just got this grill and used it tonight. The instructions say everything is dishwasher safe except for the thermometer and the whole unit itself. They say it's best to wash the crisper basket by hand if you can. Also said not to scrub anything with scrubbers or abrasive sponges. Thanks for the vid! This grill is great, I just used it for chorizo sausages and it's amazing. Can't wait to dehydrate meats and veggies.
I did some research, and liked this one the most, it should be here tomorrow. What a deal, $149 on the Amazon Prime days, and not refurbed. I mostly do Instant Pot, this will do different things .
I've had this for quite a while now, I use it almost every day. It does everything except cooking pizza, of course you really could do that if you cut it to fit in there. Everyone should have one.
Nice video! Thanks very much. You're the first reviewer that actually takes the time to let us hear the sound level. That alone is worth a subscription. Wonder if you've cooked anything larger in it such as a whole chicken or a roast.
Hey man, thanks for posting this! Quick question, have you figured out how the included Smart Thermometer works for when you’re cooking steak, chicken, etc.? If so, any chance you can do a short video demonstrating it? 🤔
Plug in the thermometer. If you press and hold manual, it will start to take a current temperature reading of whatever it's in. If you press the preset button, you can use the dial to cycle thru the types of meat, once you land on the meat you want, push doneness (if applicable, chicken just has well done of course, but don't worry, that will cook it to absolute perfection) and use the dial to cycle thru options. Then just push the dial in to start and flip when prompted. It works sooooo well .. Note: ninja suggests that if you have different sizes of meat, put the thermometer in the smallest piece first, once it says you are done, remove that piece and put the thermometer in the next largest piece and continue doing that until you've cooked all the piece fully. This ensures you don't over or under cook.
I bought a refirb from Woot for $70. No recipe book was included. Can you tell me which function to use when making a pizza from scratch? TIA Your video is excellent!
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm glad you found the video helpful. Regarding making a pizza from scratch, I recommend using the 'Air Crisp' or 'Air Fry' function for a crispy crust. It works well for pizzas in the Ninja Foodi. As for the missing recipe book, you might be able to find recipes online or explore different cooking communities for creative ideas. Happy cooking, and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask!
I was weary about putting the bottom part that you can click out with the button in water since it looks like there might be something electrical in it! How has it been working so far? Would you say it’s better than the previous model?
I want this grill, but the one w the thermometer. I am way too lazy to keep checking meat as it cooks. The only dilemma is whether to wait for Black Friday or not.

The best review on this. You just get on with it at speed. Which is what we want. Appreciated it. Thanks
Glad you liked it! Really appreciate your feedback, I try to make videos that I would want to watch without all the extra "junk". Thank you again!

Thank you for subscribing!! Glad it was helpful! Sorry, haven't cooked a whole chicken or roast.
Love that granite countertop!
You can raise the bottom of the grill by placing something under the legs. Then the slope will be less or even 0%
I just bought this-I used the first time grilling burgers=came out very good! BUT-the burgers stuck on the grill plate-not easy to clean it!!
Did you use the rubber tipped fork things? I found they make cleaning the grill a LOT easier

Unas salchichas lo haces en una sartén más fácil de limpiar
