This message really resonated with me. As someone who wasn't even at the bottom of the list, but fell all the way of the list; I found myself hospitalized and dealing with a chronic illness because I tried to take care of everybody else but myself. But I stood on business! And I really prioritized my own health and wellness (which also means those healthier habits trickle down to the family too). It really doesn't have to be so 'dramatic' as finding yourself in the hospital for you to remember that you matter. If you listened to this podcast, pick a new way to prioritize yourself today!
