Modern TNO template test - Putin's victory in 2000 presidential election.

Well, another self made template for me and you! This one wis not the best of ones that I made earlier and still is very raw, so if you will download this keep that in mind. (oh also this one is in russian)
The template was created inspired from juno's events and took Just Petersburgian's template as base. (also it uses a unique soundtrack, one which origin is known only to real superevent fans)
