Don't you have to plug in both OEM outputs from the vehicle's harness ?

My 2015 Charger SE has the battery in the trunk. Do i have to get a professional to set a longer wire to the battery since its in the trunk area?

Yes that is correct, you will need a longer replay harness. This relay harness is made for engine bay connections.

Then this would have to be wired to some sort of power and ground source as close to the headlights as possible.
