You have to fried the steam rice... Foreign like you more like the rice of Philippines eating as fried rice.. with turmeric or curry powder..
You are an expert now in cooking that lechon ang kangkong. 🙂🙂🙂
Thnx for promoting filipino cuisine kabayan!
Bro, I was really Amazed the way U speak Tagalog, esp; the sound of PINOY Vowels & Consonants.. it's so clear though just a tiny bit of German hard grit accent.. 🤪but totally acceptable.. I think "BARONG TAGALOG" will suit U much better during Special/ Formal Occassions.. And for the Ladies, "FILIPIÑANA BARONG" will surely suit them! Thanks KUYA for Appreciating PINOY Foods & Cultures.. 💕🇵🇭
She puts the vinegar and soy sauce in her rice, now the rice is called adobong rice. Hahaja
hahaha...and what if the lechon sauce is also added? ;)
@@chefkuyajoey it became lechon paksiw rice and it's yummy 😋😋😋.
Lechon paksiw is a dish using leftover lechon.

We called it upgraded sinangag version.

That rice become adobo rice hehehe but it's yummy. If we don't have anything to eat sometimes we eat rice with soy sauce then our tummy becomes full, we thank God for it because we have the best condiments in the Philippines.
I just made one for the happy mother's day.... sarrrrap!!!
Busog keeyoooh lami keeyoooh Olrytz keeyoooh well done chef!! Awesome sharing po! 😊🎉
Maraming salamat hah :) Glad you enjoyed it!!
"So what is special about this rice?"
"Actually, nothing special"
spot on hahaha. it doesn't have taste yet it matches with every foood we eat. Heck, some of us eat snacks with rice. we even eat chocolate and milk powder with rice... and there are times we experience just adding water and salt to rice since we can't afford buying anything.
Looks yummy 😋😋
mmm nakakagutom
Filipino Adobo does not have Spanish origins, it was already a local dish long before the Spanish arrived in the PH.
correct that's why there's a lot of version of adobo in the phillipines like adobong pute on some region of the phillipines
Your a very good cook better than me honestly well done you ❤❤❤

The man she is eating with, is her husband.
