I’m addicted to my 2022 desert sled. I stopped working out, I now just ride all day. When I’m not riding I’m watching videos like this and other people riding their sleds. I even hug my sled before I ride it. If I was a motorcycle I’d fuck it.
Hey Bruner. Nice upgrades and mods. Looking sweet and ready to roll out. Love the clips of comedy into your production. Awesome job on the Ducati. Welcome to the world of CC. Always ride with mine. Look forward to a ride in the future. Stay safe and great job again.
Hey Ron, good to hear from you man! Appreciate the kind words. These upgrades will definitely help, I'm glad I went with them. Looking forward to it as well, maybe when the weather is good soon! Take care man
Hope you all enjoyed this episode, and enjoyed the return of the Ducati! I've got a few more videos lined up for this thing, so keep an eye open for that!
Thank you for sharing. The Desert Sled is such a cool bike, not sure if I'd be a good fit for it though at 6'2" and 245 lbs. Nice improvising on the install too - a little force goes a long way.
And thank you for watching, and for the feedback! I am 6'2 as well, however, I'm more about 180lbs. I think the suspension tuning could probably be tailored to suit your weight. I've ridden two up on this bike many times, and never felt like the suspension was inadequate. Improvising is my middle name!
Where are you in Arkansas? A new Ducati / BMW shop is coming to Rogers. It’s gonna be on Hudson Rd. between the Indian and Harley shops. It’ll open February or March 2025. I’m in Eureka Springs. Let’s ride! 👍🏻
Great vid! I would love to add cruise control to my Sled, and I'm glad you found a setup that woks for this bike. Any issues to report after using it for a few months? I see you linked the part, but just to make sure I buy the right one, it's the BOTTOM Kit, not the Top Kit, correct?
Thanks, Chris! No problems with it at all, it's been a nice addition. Correct, I used the bottom kit. I recommend checking their website for your specific year model, as I think it's different for the earlier years! Thanks for watching
Sure do, sorry, meant to have those up when i posted the video! Links are now in the video description, and each link has the part # on the page you end up on.
Great to hear. Seen a lot of complaints online about temps below 40F. What's the coldest you think you've started it? Lithium of lead battery?@@BrunerTuner
bought my scrambler with this "comfort" seat installed. gotta say, this is the most uncomfortable seat that I ever sat on among all the bikes i've ridden. it feels like you're sitting on a log. just awful.

After watching yours and other vids on the sled, i got a fasthouse version and love it

How much did you spend on those mods? You bought the best of everything.👍🏻👍🏻
I'm actually in Texas, otherwise I'd be up for that! Not a ton, because I haven't done too many mods. I think around $1k or so;
It was between this and a triumph 1200. I got the triumph $1500 under MSRP otd. No regrets
Very nice! I hope you enjoy your triumph a ton, I've heard great things.
U rlly revved it up in dis one!!
Do you have the part number for the shift lever? On SWs site they show that it only works with '16-'18.
I do not, but that should be the correct one. I remember wondering whether it would fit or not, and it did!
Great video! 🎉
Thanks man, appreciate you watching!

You got it! Thanks man, appreciate you! Safe riding out there
you still got the sled
I do, still been good to me!
You own any other bikes
@toppocbr I do not! I did have a little Honda Grom clone at one point. I'll probably get a few more bikes in the future
Mama Mia, pizzeria!
Got a link/model # for all the parts by chance?

Any issues with cold starts?
A little slow to start, but nothing more than that!

Probably sub 40, no issue, but that was also near brand new. Lead, no lithium for me!

LOL that's no good! It's more comfortable than the original seat..which is quite sad!
immediately downvote : duuude , tshirt . no gloves, no protection ???? moooooorooon. SERIOUSLY wish you DARWIN
Lmao 😂 imagine being so triggered by someone else's choices. Have a nice day loser 🤣
