How do you get it to wind up nice and slow like that? All the tunes I have see just go straight into the whistle, seems like you can turn yours up and down, no?
Did you leave the throdle valve plugged in by chance? Mine used to do that but doesn't, and I'm not sure what I changed other than fully removing stock pipes and putting banks parts one.
@anthonymcm856 it can high idle by itself when it needs to burn the dpf filter off, and it makes that sound when the exhaust or engine break is engaged. It's the little button that looks like a puff of smoke.
Turn your truck on then press your cruise control button then the set button. It will go into high idle mode. Which only a few 100 rpm higher than normal.

Possibly adjusted the high idle to increase the whistle?
This is a warm up function to allow the engine to heat up

Yup, mine does that too but only when the engine is cold. Once up to temp it stops with the jet sound.

You have to delete your trucks emissions ,tune it , then straight pipe it
This sound in the trucks with a cummins isx Is maded when the egr and vgt are well calibrated
