Trunk wedge spring assembly

Found in most trunks/boots to help push up when the lock is released.
This can be the source of rattling noises. Usually the grommet attached to the spring can be replaced if the spring is in good condition.
Easy removal if needed by unscrewing.
This particular wedge spring consists almost entirely of plastic.
