Hey Sam! Quick notes about Drumstructor! When you select the kick, you can directly add a pedal (or a double pedal). So if you have to move the kick around, the pedal will follow. Other thing is that you can remove the reso hoop on any drum, so you could've done this with the octobans!

Bro this reminds me of both Mapex's AND DW's drum kit creators back in the day... I had fun recreating kits and making up my own but now this shit in 3D? We truly have arrived in the future.

This is amazing! Been dying for something like this ever since the DW Kitbuilder was taken offline soooo many years ago, never to be seen again.
this is extremely cool, I just started drumming in school but don't even have a drum set at my house yet and this is teaching me a lot about how racks work and the different ways to set up drums, i had no clue you could use a hihat holder on a rack, thats sick.
who else got like 20 seconds in then searched it up and started zoning out makin a kit?

9:45 To get the pedals for the kick, select the bass drums and then look in the add section to get all kinds of pedals!

You can remove the bottom heads hoops and lugs on the octobans.
That can be done to any drum on the right tab at the top

As a young die hard drummer this app is perfection to me, although the first kit i made yesterday (on an ipad; the kit is called ‘BloodKill Death kit’ if your interested to see it) and after watching samus build the rack ive just realised ive built my rack for the blood kit the wrong way😂😂😂 my god. But seriously Samus thank you this app is life changing and im so glad i know about it❤
There is no wrong way to build a rack. There is sloppy setup, but there are so many variables.

I love this. The only issue I've noticed is that it seems to sometimes have issues loading uploaded textures? I have my band logo on my outer bass drum head, so I uploaded it as a texture and it added fine, but when I try to load my saved kit later, it'll get stuck at 97% for a while and the only thing missing is that head. Also, thanks for uploading those EC2 heads ;)
Would need to come with samples and midi trigger- able, or at least have a feature to play the damn things!!!
