I'm sure they will, as the 1/72 scale version of the FAST pack was released a little while ago and those normally get released before the DX 1/60 line.
@WarhawkLegend69 Happy new year, all is good. So far all I've seen are the promo. images and it looks like the same VF-25g but with the Tornado pack instead of the FAST pack. But plan to pick it up. Not sure about more releases, think a bit of the Frontier buzz is dieing down. There's a new DX YF-29 in the works from Bandai, that could be the "big" release for the movie. Other then that haven't heard of any other releases.
I do love the Sniper characters and I really want this figure, though the price is a huge deterrent. For my VF-25F, I have a huge problem with the paint apps scratching. Is this a huge problem? Or am I just handling mine wrongly?
Hi, I would be pleased if you could post a video about how to remove the fast pack of the model without scratching the paint, because from what i can see the chest armor is the most firmly attached accessory. Also please tell us how to remove the stand clip for battroid pose because I tried once and was not so easy
Cheers, yeah. It's the same with Yamato, the bases supplied are functional but that's it. If you want one to look cool you have to spend extra cash, which is a bit of a pain.
Hey Wizatar how the hell have you been bro, hopefully good.. Hey is the up an coming tornado michael custom have the same colors for the valk itself or have they changed some colors ? hopefully they have made some improvements but i am doubting that they have.. Also are you thinking that we will get some more re releases or new valks with the new frontier movies coming out soon ? Thanks in advance man and hope you have the happiest new year my friend C YA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Althought i'm not one for macross i can't help but appraciate the design that goes into these things. It helps that the skywarpy colour scheme looks shweEeEeEeEet So many intricate parts...definately not toys...The stand in jet mode looks a bit...wobbly though. I would have thought casting it in clear plastic would have been preferable...no? its been so long since i did a flier model but stands were usually clear.
No, the paint does scratch off a little too easily for my liking. The chest paint on my VF-25F has a small scratch from when I rushed a transformation but other then that I'm OK.
yamato product is too expensive for me.. just ready made model.. when bandai produce for macross.... im very excited... bandai are the best for mecha scale model.. japan is awsome.. their anime mecha can apply to toys.. likes actual...
If you don't like them then don't buy it. There's plenty of other nice models out there to be had. Yes, on the 1/60s they do. But if the original design is that way I couldn't tell you.
I love your very informative and sometimes humorous reviews!...especially with this figure. I am drooling to buy one now.
All messiah Valkyries are a quite sight. I just love it. I boughy a used one.
has anyone else watch these using the transcribe audio captions, there hilarious. Great video.
Thanks for the tutorial. You did an amazing job. I’ve got one just like yours recently.
The videos are professional and pretty funny like with that non-chalant sweep at 5:25.
This is much easier than attaching the Armored Pack. Now that's a major chore.
I'm sure they will, as the 1/72 scale version of the FAST pack was released a little while ago and those normally get released before the DX 1/60 line.
Thanks for the detailed explanation. Sure beats the cryptic manual.
@Wizartar there is also a 1/72 model from bandai
@zaraki888 This is the toy version. There is a model kit version with is the 1/100, which is also very nice!
Is this a model kit? It looks so awesome and the transformation is great!

This is the action model but there are kit versions of all the VF-25 in the 1/72 scale.
Looking forward to it.
The 1/72 scale Action Base isn't designed for the 1/60 scales. There's a massive difference in the overall weight of the two figure types.
So far only the VF-25s is definitely getting one, but I'm sure if it sells well they will roll it out for the rest of them.
Doh! The other 2 boxes totally distracted me.
Kewel!
The nicest looking one so far... Will you be getting that other one with the big radar dish thingamy on his back? (I bet you he says yes)

I found this is a nice tutorial video for new Macross VF-25 chogokin owners.
Will you do a tutorial video on Alto or Ozma VF-25 Armored Messiah?
@iceburg3006 I'm hoping to do a combined review of a number of VF-25 related items next year. Real life has kept me very busy the while.

LoL, it's taken me a while to figure out how to get the captions to display... wow! that's the worse voice recognition I've seen!
Shit you did see that! :(
