The Qur’an was sent through Angel Gabriel to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and later was written down by the smartest and closest of his companions. The reason to why they decided to write it in a book form later on is because the kuffar (disbelievers), when they were in war with the muslims, they used to kill the people who memorised the Qur’an on purpose. So there were then really less people who memorised Qur’an left, so hence they wrote it in a book form
Smart Khan first of all ProphetMuhammad (SAW) received the revelation not all at once, the first revelation he got was when he was 40 years old, and when he was close to die, he was 63 years old and then is when he received his last revelations. What im trying to say is that he didn’t get the revelation all at once, but in a period of 23 years, verbally. His companions wrote all the ayaat on what ever they could find, pieces of wood, palm leaves, etc etc. Prophet Muhammad (SAW) already told his companions to write it in a Book form but at that time they just straight up didnt need it. Remember Qur’an wasnt revealed as a book, but verbally. The companions (at the time of prophet) when quoting verses from the Qur’an, didnt go like: “haven’t you read ayah .... of surah ....” No, they would just recite the Ayah. I am a British atheist and I started watching your videos in order to gain some perspective on what Islam is about.I have came to the conclusion that Muslims are just standard mostly conservative people with values that remind me most of Catholicism but otherwise are rather unique. Alhumduiallah, I needed this. After reading constant comments on videos misrepresenting Islam and insulting our last prophet SAWS, I must learn to not respond as much as I do. Instead of feeling anger, I must feel sorry for them and be patient. I try to remind them that the media discriminates against Islam and its not their fault they think that while also reminding them that insulting and being rude is not valued in any religion. Its best I just pray for them and not get involved, for some are blind and will never see eye to eye or be respectful. Ya rub, I will try my best to be better.

(Sahih Muslim, Book 031, Number 5981) The reason why Aisha was permitted to play with dolls in front of Muhammad is because she hadn’t attained puberty yet: Narrated 'Aisha: I used to play with the dolls in the presence of the Prophet, and my girl friends also used to play with me. When Allah's Apostle used to enter (my dwelling place) they used to hide themselves, but the Prophet would call them to join and play with me. (The playing with the dolls and similar images is forbidden, but it was allowed for 'Aisha at that time, as she was a little girl, NOT YET REACHED THE AGE OF PUBERTY.) (Fateh-al-Bari page 143, Vol.13) (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 8, Book 73, Number 151) Narrated 'Aisha: The Prophet was screening me with his Rida' (garment covering the upper part of the body) while I was looking at the Ethiopians who were playing in the courtyard of the mosque. (I continued watching) till I was satisfied. So you may deduce from this event how a little girl (who has not reached the age of puberty) who is eager to enjoy amusement should be treated in this respect. Al-Ahzab 60-62: From what I understand, if these (groups of) people did not stop creating rumours, Allah will will let the Prophet (and muslims) overpower them. The Qur’an was sent through Angel Gabriel to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and later was written down by the smartest and closest of his companions. The reason to why they decided to write it in a book form later on is because the kuffar (disbelievers), when they were in war with the muslims, they used to kill the people who memorised the Qur’an on purpose. So there were then really less people who memorised Qur’an left, so hence they wrote it in a book form

Smart Khan first of all ProphetMuhammad (SAW) received the revelation not all at once, the first revelation he got was when he was 40 years old, and when he was close to die, he was 63 years old and then is when he received his last revelations. What im trying to say is that he didn’t get the revelation all at once, but in a period of 23 years, verbally. His companions wrote all the ayaat on what ever they could find, pieces of wood, palm leaves, etc etc. Prophet Muhammad (SAW) already told his companions to write it in a Book form but at that time they just straight up didnt need it. Remember Qur’an wasnt revealed as a book, but verbally. The companions (at the time of prophet) when quoting verses from the Qur’an, didnt go like: “haven’t you read ayah .... of surah ....”

Alhumduiallah, I needed this. After reading constant comments on videos misrepresenting Islam and insulting our last prophet SAWS, I must learn to not respond as much as I do. Instead of feeling anger, I must feel sorry for them and be patient. I try to remind them that the media discriminates against Islam and its not their fault they think that while also reminding them that insulting and being rude is not valued in any religion.
Its best I just pray for them and not get involved, for some are blind and will never see eye to eye or be respectful.

1. Allah in Quran 3:186 says hurtful words are a test from Allah which every Muslim will certainly hear and those Muslims who are patient when they hear hurtful words and remember Allah when they hear hurtful words will pass this test and be rewarded by Allah in the hereafter.

Quran 3:186 Verse 3:186 You shall certainly be tested in your wealth (for charity) and in yourselves (for righteousness) and you shall certainly hear many hurtful things from those who were given the Scripture before you (from some of the Jews and some of the Christians) and from those who ascribe partners to Allah (such as some of the stone idol worshippers) and if you are patient (when you hear hurtful things) and fear Allah (when you hear hurtful things) then indeed (you have obeyed Allah in this test and) that (obedience to Allah) is of the matters of determination (by Allah of your reward in the hereafter).

2. Allah in Quran 7:126 shows that patience is a blessing that you ask from Allah.

3. Allah in Quran 16:127 says be patient.
Allah is the most patient so people who are patient are closest to the way of Allah.

4. Allah in Quran 20:130 says be patient with what they say and pray to Allah so that you will be satisfied in the hereafter.

5. Allah in Quran 38:17 says be patient with what they say by remembering Allah and by asking Allah to forgive your sins.

6. Allah in Quran 41:34, Quran 41:35 and Quran 41:36 says respond to evil with good behaviour and Allah willing your enemy will become your close friend.

7. Allah in Quran 50:39 says be patient with what people say by remembering Allah and praying to Allah.

8. Allah in Quran 73:10 says be patient with what they say and when you leave them be polite.

Quran 17:88 Verse 17:88 Say (Prophet Muhammad), "If humans and jinn (such as Satan Shaitan) came together to help each other to produce something like the Quran, they could not do it."
Note 1. In the hereafter Satan Shaitan might boast he obeyed Quran 17:88 by whispering hundreds of false hadith stories which teach the opposite to what Allah and Prophet Muhammad teach in the Quran.

On the Day of Judgement Allah judges by the words in the protected Quran.
On the Day of Judgement Allah does not judge by the words in unprotected human hadith stories.
The Quran is the protected word of Allah including the words and actions of Prophet Muhammad which are described and protected by Allah.

The girl was brought to her husbands house she lived separately in the house until maturity so that she could learn the way of living and traditions of that house and get used to how things were done. That was the culture and I dont see anything wrong with it.

The West has a thing called freedom of speech, people are allowed to criticize or applaud whatever they want.

Just bc we have freedom of speech doesn’t mean you should say ugly things. A matter of fact America is censoring the freedom of speech now....haven’t you heard of cases brought against others for hate speech? This is not just for religion but against those who live a different life than you. Ie different race, culture, religion, sexual preference, etc. so the time i spent in the military to fight for the right for people to abuse the freedom of speech is now being slowly taken away and it wasn’t started by Muslims.

Bukhari (59:369) - This recounts the murder of Ka'b bin al-Ashraf, a Jewish poet who wrote verses about Muslims that Muhammad found insulting. (Prophet SAW himself indirectly ordered an execution to a person who insulted him)
Bukhari (4:241) - Those who mocked Muhammad at Mecca were killed after he had retaken the city and asserted his authority.
Al-Ahzab 60-62: From what I understand, if these (groups of) people did not stop creating rumours, Allah will will let the Prophet (and muslims) overpower them. They will be slain and massacred completely. -The way of Allah never changed..
-Did this verses not tell us that if a certain people continues insulting the Prophet after sometime, we should wage war upon them? -Because the way of Allah never changed.?

Thank you for this video. I am not a muslim but i your words resonate with my spiritual beliefs very much. I believe that spiritually guided people must live by their principles. It reminds me of an anecdote about buddha who was insulted in the worst possible ways and responded only with a gentle smile. When asked why he responded: "You gave me a present and i choose not to accept it" he had risen beyond his ego which religions teach us in my opinion. Thank you
