Gert Prix has made a dream come true. I could spend literally weeks in there. Thank you and your crew, Gert, and of course thanks to the creator of this video!
This is epic. Im a guitarist and still speechless. The holy grail of keyboards. All Moogs, Even mellotons..And you are a superb musician. Thanks for posting.
I was lucky enough to do an internship in 2013. although.... it was more of an own study and live concerts on friday....the smell of....50 years together synths..umami? no... it smells like keyboards ;) gert prix is an his wive and the whole team is an great A!!
I seriously considered starting a classic synth and Mellotron museum in the late 80's and early 90's when you could buy them for nothing. I had a few trial open houses after I collected and restored 46 keyboards. It did not stir the interest back then and after a less than pleasant experience with a visitor, and a subsequent alert from my insurance provider, the project became my personal collection which I have been selling off to select people for the last 18 years. I'm in no hurry, but when I meet a person with real interest in owning, not reselling, one of my instruments, I make them an offer they seldom refuse. Getting a photo from a gentlemen and his young daughter from Georgia, who bought my ARP collection and a Yamaha CS-50, showing them being played at an outdoor music festival, was a real treat for me. And my newest friend from Nebraska, who bought the remainder of my Korg Collection and my Celestial Circuits Pro One, sent me photos of his setup and seeing his excitement, (he's a college student) and knowing how many years he will be enjoying them is exactly what I want to do with them. So I was close to having an open to the public museum of keyboards in the Midwest USA, but I seem to have been a bit too early for the interests and trends of the time, This was a very cool keyboard video and I enjoyed every snippet of the performances as well.
There is however the amazing Musical Instrument Museum (MIM) in Phoenix, Arizona which has a lot of keyboard instruments (not to mention literally a musical instrument section for every single country in the world and hi definition wireless headphones to hear the music).
@@dkrasivov Thanks!, Do you know what album it's on Dmitry? BTW I have a B3 and a C3, and 4 leslies. But I only play a lightweight Hammond clone for gigs now. lol

Thanks! The superb musician's name is Gert Prix. He is a keeper of that amazing museum. I'm a guitarist too btw. Cheers! :)
fantastic collection - all the classics🎉
This was so good, such pure rock and roll (mostly) fun on the great axes! Made my day!
This place is a wet dream!
Definitively on my next trip to Austria! Thanks Dmitry!
Fantastiskt! Tack För En Jätte Inspirerande Video! 👏👏👍🎵🎹
Классный музей! И хранитель очаровательный!
I was pleased when I came across a Hammond C3 on display in the Science Museum, U.K., a few years ago.
Museum? Should be out getting used.
I am pleased every day when I see my C3 in the living room - and even more when I play it!
@@johnbishop5316You are right! Out, used... then broken, trashed and gone. And your grandchildren will never know what it was ;)
@@dkrasivov Why would it be broken, trashed and gone? Maybe if Emmerson played it? But he only battered his L100.
Fantastic collection. Visited Austria several times & missed this. Need to go back 🤞
Excellent many thanks for posting this.
The Logical Song on the Wurli was probably my favorite.
That's a tough song to boot, Roger Hodgson ain't easy to duplicate.
Great organ player.
Great video and what a great keyboard player!
The Hammond clock made me chuckle. I want one for my Hammond organ as well!
I believe Hammond began as a clock maker. The organs came later.
Since I watched this video, I can't stop dreaming I live in that building with everything in it. Ow....my......god........
great video. Thanks from germany
Incredible organs, 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻I love them a lot and that organ sounds very cool, greetings from Tampico Tamaulipas Mexico 🇲🇽
SO BEAUTIFUL Perfoamnce !!!!!!! Thank You So Much !!!!
Awesome! The guide was so cool too.
Был у меня дома такой музей когда то , в далёком 2006г
Bei Minute 7:15 sieht man die mechanischen Papp-Memories für die Drawbars. Sehr lustige Idee.
What’s not to like!

I almost messed my trousers when I saw the rack of clavinets.

Very cool, wish we had a museum like this in the States!
I'll be surprised if you don't have one yet...
