Chicken korma or chicken kurma, is Indian curry which is very popular in both North as well as South India.. Not only is it spelt differently in the North & South, but the gravy bases are also different, eventhough they are the same dish. Both taste heavenly!!! This is a very good combination with all types of Indian flat breads (rotis, naan, appam etc) & with different types of of rices too.. like jeera rice, ghee rice etc...
