    Nice. I'm in my mid 60's and haven't practiced yoga in a long time.
    I like this. Doesn't look like much,but it really is.
    It will be a part of my day.

      @@dumontcedrick4519 I highly recommend to commit to a minimum of 1 daily flow practice of the Peaceful Warrior and at a Specific time as well. This will start a new commitment level and ability to move towards what you want. Every day a bit of practice improves your ability to create results, it is that simple my friend! Your welcome also to ask any questions regarding training and mental practices. I am making this 5-minute series on 5 topics: 1. Physical practice, 2. Mental Practices. 3. Food habits. 4. Relationship and 5. Meditation. All to improve daily life with just 5 minutes a day.

      Hey Marty! Glad you like it. It really opens up the energies in the body, but at the same time, follows the breath so very grounding and supportive for a still but alert mind!
      Have you checked the Guided Version?

    Is amazing to see how smooth you make all of those movements. I tried it a couple of times, but it’s hard to keep it up every day. I watched the movie like 10 times, and it gives me every time motivation to make changes in my life. Does it really give you more energy? And does it work on the meridians? Thanks for this video. I will definitely use it to do the exercises!

    • @AMindForYou
      @AMindForYou  3 года назад

      Hey Anneleen Ramon! For sure it gives you more energy. The recipe is simple, the more you move the body, the more energy you will have. The more conscious you move the body, the move conscious energy you will have.
      The fact that you see me doing the peaceful warrior with ease, and thanks for the comment on my form btw!, is because I practiced it 100 times and more.
      Have you had a chance to see the 2 extra movies I made, describing each movement in detail and guiding it?? I think you will enjoy these to begin perfecting it.
      Now 6 years later I perform this peaceful warrior still on a weekly basis, sometimes I do Sun Salutes and 5 Tibetans instead, but minimum once a week and often more, I flow with these practices!!

    Every day, I train for the battle to the death I may be in tomorrow! That first day I began this Warrior Training was The Day I realized that I am responsible for Protecting!... My Family, Loved Ones, Friends, the Innocent, and even helpless enemies! Plus I realized that I am responsible for protecting My Town, Nation, "and the Freedom I am Blessed With via the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights... Like the Pledge I took when I joined the United States Armed Services, "to protect the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic!"
    So like other Men and Women Warrior's, I will train every day!... I Train for the fight to the death I may be in tomorrow! Because every day of the week someone died unprepared for their fight to the death... And if that fight comes to me, and it could come in the form of an enemy, a fire, or some other disaster!... "I want to be That Warrior, who is prepared for My Fight To The Death!"
