Gashina and Heroine were both produced by Teddy (YG), Siren was self produced as well as some (if not all) songs on the album. It was originally written when she was still in the Wonder Girls and was meant to be their group song however they chose to release Why So Lonely instead. They felt Why So Lonely was more suitable for a band concept. So now she's releasing this as a solo. But yeah, she participated in a lot of the production in this album and I'm proud of her.
I really like Sunmi ~ her voice and music both very easy on the ears which I miss so much at times with all the crazy music and songs going around which are very repetitive, and all with similar composition, all having a little bit of a rap bridge thing going on - which I do enjoy but may need a break from every now and again... so she's that nice little break from all that; some 80s vibe to top it also :) just to add though, when I first listened to Siren I wasn't so sure about how I felt about it but it gives me such a sad feeling whilst wanting to dance to it like Sunmi does on the video :) it has totally become my favourite in no time :) :)

For a few weeks I've been pondering why they left that sneeze in at the beginning, and I believe that the sneeze represents how inner demons are about to emerge. People say "Bless You" after a sneeze because of an old superstition that a sneeze leaves one vulnerable to demons entering their body, or a sneeze represents a demon escaping... I think they left it in because she was about to face some inner demons in the MV :)...

Cause its not a typical kpop music but its more like a real instrument was played most of her songs that really standout to the musicians or to the people who love "pure" music.
