When it comes to gaining weight with a Vata-Pitta constitution, it's important to focus on nourishing foods in all meals and regular exercise, eg strength training, can help build muscle mass and thus weight gain.
Add healthy snacks to support weight gain.
Intermittent fasting of more than 12 hours will not be suitable for weight gain. As intermittent fasting increases metabolism and makes it difficult to gain weight.
Also, include adequate rest and meditation to promote relaxation, as stress and anxiety can hinder weight gain.

For now, you can begin with these basic things
1. Quit smoking and avoid alcohol consumption.
2. Avoid prolonged sitting; stay active.
3. Increase fluid intake, especially during the first half of the day.
4. Include regular exercise into your routine.
5. Focus on quality sleep.
6. Avoid overeating.
What about milk please ? Cow milk
If you have access to good quality organic A2 cow milk, then you can have it at night.
