    This video presents very comprehensive stretches and exercises. Thanks very much for taking the time to convey your knowledge through this video. I have TOS in both arms and it was misdiagnosed as CTS carpal tunnel syndrome, I had CTS surgery on my right arm and it didn't do anything for the numbness and loss of feeling. My left arm is very bad and keeps me awake at night.

    This video is so comprehensive, easy to understand and follow. Thank you so much! You are an absolute doll! You're professional, calming, knowledgeable, and truly send healing vibes through the screen! I have been suffering from this syndrome and both arms for going on 3 years I cannot sleep a full night's sleep I wake up a few times every hour usually crying out in pain with numbness tingling weakness and absolute horrible pain in my arms immediately doing these exercises and tests I can feel a relief I look forward to making these muscles stronger and healing myself thank you Annie. hopefully very soon I won't drag going to sleep anymore and I'll be a new well-rested self.

    This is great. I’m hoping to help my mom get better after a stroke. She needs to start gaining her strength back.

    I’ve been having tos pain for 3 years. Caused by a C5-6 bulge. Just have a artificial disc replacement surgery. This made me feel so much better.

    I remember you talking about poor posture affecting your arteries and veins; would lack of sleep have an affect as well?

      MARLON MUSIC CHANNEL lack of sleep won’t affect your posture , mostly will affect your heart the cicardian rhythm

    I cant lift as much as i use to on bench press happen all of a sudden on the right side only I have the numbness in the thumb index and middle finger sometimes..... Does TOS cause temporary strength loss in this area?

    • @AnniePilatesPhysicalTherapist
      @AnniePilatesPhysicalTherapist  3 года назад

      Yes which means it is already irritating your nerves that gives strength on the muscles supporting it . So definitely do these exercises

    Chin-ups did it for me. Start with the rings low so you can assist with the feet. Relief starts immediately. 8 months from 0 to 2 chinups on rings, and the syndrome is almost gone.

    ummmm what? 95% of TOS IS NERVE. the other 5% is arterial or venous.
