everything is retouched...the sound is trigged...the hits are replaced in time...perhaps even it's a programmation on a grid...but it's a hard work to make this , no problem with that

I wondered why this song resonated with me so much ,( and the whole album for that matter.) It's really helped me through a difficult time. I read up on the meaning of the song and it makes complete sense why I gravitated towards it without fully understanding why. My dog died the week previous, after a long struggle. It's been really sad time. I've been reliving her death in my head, seeing her slip away , her eyes and mouth open , her body lifeless. Thanks for writing this song Matt. Really helping me get some anger out during this time. I hope your sadness will pass and you'll be reminded of all the incredible moments you had with your dog. 🐕

Its amazing to hear all these music styles and influences from their previous work in this album yet sound different in a way that makes this a masterpiece.
