@@konochiwa69if the fox is not rabid (it probably was) because foxes are scared and don't attack humans , but even if it's not rabid and trying to attack you , you can still destroy it in half no problem.

If you fight 145 you won’t run into a big chunky 6’5 dude who can knock u out one punch so training for that kinda guy is gonna deter you from the competition you will fight. But it is still good

This is actually true because i was fighting a person way above my level we both had Head gear and body armour and had to fight for 10 minutes straight non stop but its also helped me be calmer in fights

I turned around an engaged him an he went for a takedown, I remember swinging 3 right hands down an 2 hard knees to his head as we fell breaking a glass table. the fight was over due to him holding his head in pain, he didn’t wanna continue but keep in mind I always assumed I would lose any fights because I was scared of fighting but when it happens your body takes over an you will find out if you have what it takes. Since then started boxing, now I can control my power more effectively.

I find sparring more scary because I don’t wanna hurt my partner or get hurt before an event we there to learn I prefer technique sparring then once a week I’ll do 1 mock fight with someone as a hard spar. Nerves doesn’t make you any less of a person I tell my self I’m so excited that’s why I feel like this. Like if you fell into a big win on a scratch card you get that same pit in your tummy and I know once I’m there and once I’ve done a round I’m there nobody held a gun to my head etc and you’ll think it’s what 3 mins a few times it be over in a flash and you’ll go through all theses ups and downs then miss it. You probably have realized (from fighting trained opponents in your gym) that your confidence in your skills were not based on actual skills but false confidence. now you need to earn your confidence back by getting better technique and fighting abilities. then you will feel okay again.
