I have a lot of apple products iPhones, iMacs, iPads, appletvs, apple/beats headphones, air pods and sonos products about 10 total speakers. I bought the HomePod mini to be a speaker for my iMac and it sounded fantastic for its size. Really impressive. My son came over and said he didn’t have a speaker so I gave it to him. Shortly after, the new HomePod came out and I couldn’t wait to buy it. So I ordered one and I gotta be honest. On it’s own the HomePod 2 sounds great, but I did a side by side of the HomePod 2 vs the sonos move and play one. And to me the two sonos speakers were louder and sounded fuller.
I love my Sonos One and the whole Sonos ecosystem! Just love having way more options, rather than Apple only have the HomePod. Sonos has a bunch more products so I love that. New sub here👍🏼out here supporting smaller channels like min!
Really enjoyed that. I moved from the OG HomePods over to Sonos when the HP got discontinued and very happy with that decision. So much so we have it everywhere in the house including a 5.1 setup in the living room). Although we are very much an Apple household, I didn't want to be tied down to only using the Apple services and with the agnostic nature of the Sonos gear, it allows us to use whatever we want now. Definitely would like to see an episode about the new Era speakers (Spatial Audio with AM) and potentially one about the Arc/Beam.
Enjoyed this. Now that Sonos ERA 100 and 300 are coming out would like to see you do two comparisons. 1.) Sonos ERA 100 vs. HomePod 2 (single speaker and as stereo pair) and 2.) Sonos ERA 300 (single) vs. Sonos ERA 100 (Stereo Pair) for playing stereo music playback (not Dolby Atmos content). Interested in knowing if ERA 300 is worth the $$ if used for stereo music tracks only. Thanks.
Awesome podcast very much enjoyed and definitely looking forward to hearing more.Glad you showed up in my lineup.Good luck ✌️
Let's see the showdown with the Sonos ERA100!

Thanks for the comment. Our next episode will be on the new Sonos Era speakers that we are currently testing. It should be a good one 👀

Great points and we will be covering all these in an upcoming video as we are testing the Era products at present.
Love it!
I'd never go for the entire Apple locked in system.
Apple has nothing close to Sonos
No watching this, stopped by to say no one who knows better would choose apple
