- I said I was gonna gain a bit of weight this Christmas and I wasn't kidding. In tonight's bonus video I'm having a little fun, taking a trip to my local Wetherspoon's branch, and ordering one of everything available from their new festive menu. Should be a larf!

ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS & ADDITIONAL INFO:
Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

its easy just take shit loads of steroids, ! its the only way, no one can eat that much and still be slim, he says he only eats like this once a week, but sometimes he is choing back 18000 calories, that's a weeks worth of food in one, go , unless he starves literally stqarves for the entire week, that is just impossible ! the only way is steroids !

Thanks for saving me looking at the Christmas menu and the mushroom risotto is a regular Weatherspoons but it's actually pretty good honestly I find often the vegetarian option can be tastier than its meat counterpart and because so little order it, it's more likely to be made fresh.
