He means up the mountain for a pikes peak run
His daughter Lia is going to drive it to the top of Pikes Peak this year!

Favorite shots/views were the Hoonipig from above with the crowd standing around the car but keeping a respectful distance from it, as a sign of respect/reverence to KB.
So interestingly enough, George Lucas was inspired by those crate movers in Stockton and in Oakland, so you were dead on with the AT-AT comparison.
That naval yard setup is mental! Now I can see why Jeff chooses all these locations and setups - he simply thinks as a photographer and Porsche nerd. This ain't your standard car show! 😎🤟

Watching this video makes me a bit jealous, at some point in life I want to come to the US and experience a Luftgekühlt event there. Hopefully they hoste an other event in Germany in the near future.

Georgelucas film crew were diving across the bay bridge on acid trip when they saw the shipping cranes at the Oakland port and that is where and when the Star Wars atat walkers came from

Look up Bethlehem Steel / Steel stacks... THAT is where they need to have a show like this. It's the old Steel factory it was like it's own town. Some restored others still in original rundown abandonded condition.. WOULD BE EPIC!!!!!!!
So many great shots and what a show. Liked that you tried to catch the vibe with the spectators aswell and remember i have tried to get som shots like that but mostly ended up with duds.
