Larry...My Brother in Christ AND Canon...take care of yourself. It's ok to say NO. We want you around as long as possible....keep giving us this HEAT for a good long time! 🙌🏾
Larry, I'm so happy to see an upload but you look rough brother. Please stay healthy and get rest man. You're a talent we need to keep for a long time!
Larry... we all care about your health WAY more than being able to watch a video on a screen, please take care of yourself. I know you're a grinder and one of the hardest working photographers in the entire world, but all these days of bad sleep and high stress can catch up to you really quick man. I care about you man, stay safe and healthy out there❤
I will watch , rewatch and rewatch again and probably again. PORSCHE is by far my favorite make of vehicle. Who better to cover the best event than the best Photographer , Larry Chen....GREAT JOB SIR , IM SO JEALOUS. Be well sir.
It is an awesome event but if you love taking photos, be prepared to be overwhelmed! Luft 9 was crazy and huge but an experience you must try in your lifetime. Great to meet people all over the world as well.
You are a freaking artist, Larry, thank you for sharing this event with us. Your eyes are perfect and TBA I would almost rather see it through your lenses, the pictures are so amazing.
GJ as ever Larry. Seeing these Porsches, it reminded me how much I absolutely love the whale-tail spoilers. Such a well-designed, yet quirky feature that’s uniquely Porsche.
It was great seeing you at the event! What an amazing assortment of Porsches. How Jeff, Patrick and the rest of the crew keep the event so fresh and photogenic year after year never stops amazing me. The people you meet and the stories you hear at these events are part of the story of the event. The Porsche Community is second to none! Thank you Larry for capturing it!
Your work, no matter the subject, is exemplary. Your photos among the very best in automotive photography, doesn't matter if its formula drift, a random car show, promotional shots of cars or any of the myriad racing series out there. And yet - your pictures from these Luftgekühlt events are a step above even that. Just utterly outstanding work, Larry. The subject matter lends itself to great shots and the show seems impeccably organised. Please, more of these kind of videos. Also, would love a process kind of video - how do you select which photos from the thousands you shoot are good, and what (if any) kind of editing you do on them.
After spending time watching multiple videos I love seeing lot of the retro 80s,90s cars being built since I was born in 80 and grew up driving lot of now these classic cars and bringing them into today's technology is cool what I would do there were so many cool bodies in those days that people sleep on and what could be done to transform them keep up great work and have wonderful day.
Great shoot Larry! I was convinced I needed a wider lens for car show and car meet photography. You rocking an 85mm and a 100-300mm blew my mind! The images you captured are amazing, not unusual for you, and really caught my attention. I will be going with a longer lens next time out at our PCA UCR club event. Thanks for the inspiration Larry!
I never conceived of using a telephoto longer than a 28-70 lens at a car show, but the compression at the long end is a whole new perspective Looks like a great show!
I’ve been following Larry Chin for Elise 7 to 10 years as a subscriber and I finally get a chance to meet this guy at the Luftgekult . And he is not the nice person I thought he is when he’s presenting all these videos to us. He is a bigot and yes, I said it! This guy complained about how the Chinese people or should I say Asians got treated during COVID-19 and then he ends up doing the same damn thing that he complained about and it was no problem with him being a racist. I said it and that. And you guys will probably read this and go oh he’s a nice guy. Yes, he’s nice to certain people, but if you have brown skin, he has a problem with him at the people that had brown skin that approached him. He pretty much brushed us away, but he was nice to everyone that look like him or white. You can get mad at me all you want I don’t give a shit so what?
Larry!! When you shoot an event like this.. how long does it take you to put your master touch on them and edit them? Do you ever feel rushed to turn photos really quickly?
Its interesting how you don’t like shooting verticals other than for social media when I take way more verticals even when I don’t post that much. Something about vertical shots that tightly frames a story where its like a focus and your mind fills in the rest or something like that. If anything the vertical shots you presented here in slideshow format is as good as everything else.

Looks like a great time. So sad I missed it. Had my ticket and everything 😢 That Gameboy rig looked unreal😊
This is by far my favorite format for videos on your channel. So inspiring watching you work and keep pushing like a mad man.
Your work is so genuine and enjoyable. Thank you

As always, great job Larry! Wish I had seen you there. What a show!

Dang, Larry, that compressed line of headlights at 10:17 is brilliant. I love the way you shoot. Maybe you need a 2nd shooter! ;)
It truly amazes me how much dynamic range you achieve while you’re shooting into the sun!

I totally agree with you.
@6:22 That's me in the white hat & shirt checking out the green Kaege! 😊 So cool they let me sit in the car. Impeccable quality.
Fabulous shootings. Well done and thanks. Makes you feel you belong to the event 😎👍

Thank you for showing us through photography the evolution and appreciation of Porsche and its iconic models.

Very nice impression! Pleasantly surprised to see a former Highway Police Porsche 964 from my home country at 20.18!

I’m so bummed I missed it this year.
Really wished I didn't miss the moment at 13:55 but that crowd was impossible to get through once the revving started 😅
Straight past 3 CGTs.
When u gonna upload the philippines trip larry? 😖
I missed out on this. Are they going to be in a different state/location next time?

Larry! You need a pit bike or a scooter man!
I think you need to look into camera holsters! your neck is definitely strained using the camera neck straps with that weight. Try black rapid
You need a scooter Larry!
956’s 935’s 3.8rs and ruf ctr2… and that’s only in the first 35 seconds.
They really messed up the opportunity to call this even the Luftwasser.
Photography setting staging not up to what we would expect from the organizers past venues
You needed a scooter to get around
Dude you need to organise something for you to get around the exhibition and meet.
You're doing to much on your feet.
no cap larry always provides the best car photography no matter what. I tip my hat you to good sir 🫡
