    Last week I just started joining a women badminton club at age 47. I started from scratch and luckily I found your channel before my first day in the club. Your videos came in handy to improve my confidence and performance. I will keep watching and reviewing your videos at daily basis. Massive Thank You, Coach Kennie. Warmest regards from Tasmania, Australia💖

    Thanks for this coach. I just have a concern regarding the bevel grip. Is there a proper way of hitting with this grip? Or it would depend from player to player? I find it really awkward to hit with the bevel grip especially with the thumb placement. I'd feel like I might drop my racket when doing so.
    Thanks for this informative video again Coach!

    • @CoachKennieAsuncion
      @CoachKennieAsuncion  3 года назад +1

      The proper way to use the bevel grip is as is- positioning it right and simply moving close to the shuttle to hit it better. Don’t be overly conscious about it, as you do it more often, you will ease your way to it... 😁🏸

    Mam I have a doubt.
    When we use a bevel grip, at which part of grip of racket we handle it . Is it in upper part of grip or lower part of grip???
    I think it should be in lower part of grip.

    sometimes I'm lazy to change grips during a match and that combined with improper warmup may have caused shoulder injury mamy times but I'm not really sure😂 I changed my racket (from 3u to 4u) and i feel that also helps but its just my guess so can you please clarify if those could be valid reasons coach?

    • @CoachKennieAsuncion
      @CoachKennieAsuncion  3 года назад +1

      Warm up is definitely important, it lessens the chances of injury. The changing of the grip will not let u get injured but if you are gripping your racket too tight it can cause your forearm to be very stiff and continous hitting that way could lead to other aches and pains😁🏸

    • @CoachKennieAsuncion
      @CoachKennieAsuncion  3 года назад

      Well it will be different for every individual depending on their body strength and abilities. Dont worry too much as to how long it will take but be patient with yourself in getting there with a lot of caution. Meaning slowly work your way so you wont get injured or relapse from a sickness. 😁🏸
