Well, this is the most recent and on everyone’s mind. I think that …And I Return to Nothingness by Lorna Shore EP I believe will stand the test of time more than this. Full disclosure, I LOVE this EP to Death(core)! 🤘🏻💀
Heard this saying a long time ago, that metal is just classical music on electric. This blew that statement out of the fucking icy water. That was brutally epic :D
Bought the EP without even hearing the 2 tracks they'd not released, just on the strength of I The Devourer and Poetic Edda, nit holy shit I was NOT ready for just how incredible the whole sequence is. It's basically the 4 seasons in hell and just sooo good.
Man, I had extremely high expectations for the EP based off the first two singles and they STILL blew my mind. Absolutely one of the best EPs I've ever heard, let alone in deathcore lol
Did you already check out their other song/video that released on the same day? "Death Empress". Whole ep is a 10/10 masterpiece. The new standard has been set.
The music is good. But i always just come here for your intro and reaction. New metal comes out, and I'm waiting on my notifications to show me your new reaction video🤘🤘🤘
I hope you already listened to Imminence new album. If not, give Come What May a listen. It's a masterpiece. You might say it's a track of the year contender.
Nice to see the harpsichord used as a primary music focus as an instrument since COF first used them properly (Yes, MDB and PL and Type 0 use it amazingly well but consider them outside Death/Black scene)
Personally I actually think the title track is the weakest except for possibly Death Empress (Note I still give The Poetic Edda around a 9.3/10 I still love every song) but I give the EP overall an easy 10.
Nothing can top this EP
Not even a cherry?😂
@@shelbyeliecastellanos1273 hmm maybe if it's got whipped cream too
Except their next ep?
Just Knocked Loose and I'm a really huge fan of DT

I knew you'd be fast on reacting to this!!
🤘😝🤘
The breakdown starting at 3:50 is pure bliss. If it were longer, it would be musical perfection.

I still remember when the guitarists of Children of Bodem guitarits did his summer seasons
@@eddietrevizo5009Same, man. Me and my best friend were so blown away by that back in the day. R.I.P. Alexi Laiho. Loved their music.
My personal new favorite is "Death Empress". But with this EP it's almost impossible to choose a favorite. Just all bangers! ❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
"Public domain" is the phrase I believe you are looking for
The EP as a whole is 10/10 for me. This song for me was the best though. Absolute masterpiece.
Since they released it Friday, I have been impatiently waiting for you to react to this!

I almost sent you this song on IG. What a wild EP.
Need more Baroque-core 🤘🤘
Then try listening to MIRAR
If you haven't yet, you can thank me later!
Why is it that classical music and metal go so well together? I am absolutely digging this track.
It's the arpeggios (quarter notes in other words)
This EP as a whole is an astonishing piece of music. Absolutely incredible!
Don't forget to give the new All That Remains a listen!
Meh
@@galacticriminalx no meh lol! It’s actually a very very solid return for them. Jason Richardson is their lead…. Just sayin… 🫶🏻
god i fucking love your reactions after the song XD
so wholesome
This song gives me Ovid's Withering vibes. Love it.
Boy oh Boy, what a wild Ride. :D I sometimes can't keep up with the Rhythm Changes, but that's just because I'm dumb. xD
Love your reactions GC! My question is are you going to react to any of the new imminence album? Especially "Come What May" 😎🤘
Can someone tell me, the organ that we hear starting at 7 minutes 34 seconds; which music does it come from?"1
...Fires In The Distance is also a fine collective to look into if this is to your taste.
Did you check out death empress? They dropped both tracks same day
I would love to see your reaction to Death Empress if you haven't listened to it yet!
Ufff que chimba 😁👍👏👏👏👏
Rings of Saturn meets Fleshgod Apocalypse. Definitely bloody well done.
This one is for sure the best deathcore release this year.
Hlysht this EP IS the GOLD, the GOLD

Might not be quite in your lane but the new all that remains slaps pretty hard

Pick it up again before listening to death empress, or you will never have it back
