- As far as the workouts go:
Running consisted of a 1 mile run in my 20lb plate carrier
There was an exercise that I call "The Warm Up" 12 minutes total. 40 seconds activity, 20 seconds rest. 5 exercises:
Jumping Jacks
Flutter Kicks
Air Squats
Planking Toe Touches
Lunges
Do each exercise for 40 seconds, rest for 20 and then move on to the next. Once you do all 5, start back at the beginning.
