    1. Imperial Cuisine Duck

      超級好吃,絕對對得起這個價錢,單是這些功夫就...會讓我們拍攝的店家,都是超厲害店家,都有實力才能被我們拍的這麼仔細哦
      餐廳在小人國裡面,吃不完是一定的,帶回來給很多很多朋友吃才勉強吃完,千萬別獨自去,還點這些大餐,絕對吃不完!!!

    De-boning fowl brings back nightmares of the times in US when the TurDucken appeared.
    I had to de-bone a turkey, a duck and a chicken and put the chicken inside the duck inside the turkey...ugh..
    Interesting very upscale place...
    I took my time to watch ...learn..and laugh..
    Putting gold leaf on pork ribs made me die laughing...I bet it is a great dish..
    The caul fat wrapped de-boned fish was interesting...you do not see caul fat in kitchens last 40 years...
    The steam ovens were interesting...the duck was a lot of work. A lot of steps for that table side carving...it must be good for Chef to put his reputation on it...
    I am not peeling my own prawns in a fancy place.. ha ha..

    Loved the koi pond...I have fed a lot of Koi on 3 continents.
    Beautiful place...
    You pay......I would hate to work there...
    I am moving to very nice 1br apartment with maid and pool..
    Prices here are so low....half what it was 5 years ago...

      The process of deboning the duck is very painstaking!
      This is the first time I saw gold leaf, I thought it was a decoration, but the chef told me that gold leaf is edible XD
      Each of their dishes is extremely troublesome, but it also satisfies the stomachs of customers. The environment here is very good. Like you, uncle, I am used to simple food, but it is not bad to be elegant once in a while!!!

      @@flyingmousefood the gold leaf on food has been around a long time...eating gold goes back thousands of years ...I can make upscale at home...better than restaurants..and I know the ingredients...
      I had to de-bone 100 chickens a day at Japanese/French place I worked...you get good at it after a few thousand..ha ha..
      I agree...that elegance...the amazing art...Koi pond...gardens...cannot be replaced ...I would go there with You...I cook whatever food I want from any country I know...
      I go through phases...
      I made food my Aunt made me as a boy yesterday...
      My birthday is coming up...I will make something special....
      I was in Phnom Penh last week and went to some nice places...incredible Khmer place and small Japanese place...even ate a full english breakfast with Canadian friend.
      I worked at places like this where people were either rich, had business account OR it was a very special night in their lives....We had millions of dollars in great wines...best food...incredible service...
      Your video was superb....
      Taiwan is a very special Country!!!!
