    這妹子...又讓我回味起在香港的日子了!!
    不過,這台式鹽水鵝和港式荔木燒鵝還是有差的,差的是在香港思想家鄉的鹽水味,在台灣回味港式燒臘...呵呵~

      香港是美食的雜萃,中餐八大菜系,以魯菜為首,粵菜為最,在中國還沒改革開放之前,香港已經取代廣州為粵菜的代表了,改革開放後,順德、潮汕...等等百家齊鳴,值得你去探索。
      當時前進大陸的時候,公司在香港,工廠在東莞,所以一週要回香港開會一次。週一晨會,也漸漸改為下午例會,呵呵...因為早茶吃不完哪!!吃著吃著就到中午了,港點太多樣了。

      The food at 9 minutes is Taiwanese goose blood cake, and at 10 minutes and 45 seconds is specially prepared honey juice, which will be salty and sweet.😆😆😆
