Hi Gurumann, nice informational video. I am having some problem seeing my abs. My body fat is 10.5% calculated using same calipers as demo by you. My obdy wt is 145 lbs Height 5'8". Any reason I am not seeing my abs. Does it depend on body anatomy? I am very lean though. Thanks in advance.
You might be lean, But people are usually wrong about their fat percentage Usually people that who think they are around 10-11, are at 14-15 percentage Also, even 14% is a good no, usually people have visible abs at this level Get your fat tested by a professional, and remember that usually no one can tell you the exact no, it will be a 1 or 2 percent higher from what the tests show
