    I made the apam balik this morning(31/03/20). This is the texture I'm looking for. The apam balik soft and the side crispy. I triple the ingredient. I got 4 pieces. Good recipe.👍👍👍

      @MyKitchen101en  4 года назад

      I don't have the thinner and crispy version if that is what you are asking, using the recipe doesn't yield crispy texture.

    May I know the size of your pan? How much batter to pour onto the pan each time?

    • @MyKitchen101en
      @MyKitchen101en  5 лет назад +1

      20-cm, 1/3 portion of the batter, yields 3 round pieces.

      You can try to replace with water and 1/2 tsp of custard powder, adjust the batter to the consistency as show in video.
