    Mushrooms are rich in nutrients: proteins, carbohydrates, dietary fibers, sugars, lipids, vitamins (B1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, C and D), and minerals (calcium, copper, iron, phosphorus, potassium) , selenium, sodium, zinc).
    A medium mushroom with a large cap contains more potassium than a banana or a glass of orange juice! Potassium has the role of reducing fluid retention in the body.
    In addition to potassium, champignon mushrooms are rich in phosphorus, necessary for the formation of bones and teeth, helping with mental activities, keeping the body more relaxed.
    Selenium contained in mushrooms plays an important role as an antioxidant, preventing cell degeneration, preventing cancer, being necessary for fertility in both men and women, selenium also has the role of removing heavy metals from the body, suitable for smokers or people who live in polluted environments, being at the same time a mineral with cardioprotective properties.
    Vitamin B2 contained in mushrooms is beneficial for the health of hair and nails and contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system, vision and nerves.
    mushrooms are good for vegetarians and vegans, and not only, used to treat depression and anxiety.
    Champignon mushrooms can also be eaten raw.
    Ingredients:
    250 g of mushrooms, of your choice
    1 medium onion,
    2-3 cloves of garlic
    2 tablespoons ground walnut
    salt, vegetable without monoglutamate, to taste
    spices, to taste
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, optional
