Hello! The door can be stuck if there’s cassette inside and the tape head is up. Try powering the unit and pushing stop button, so the head can go down and unlock the door. If the head is down and there is no cassette inside, try to release the hook that is holding the door using thin but stiff piece of plastic. Insert it between chrome part of the door and black bumper below “N” in the “OPEN” label and move towards “O”. Watch 0:10 to understand how the door lock works. This might help.
