Trying this!! Day one: felt shaky & sore after, definitely, but i felt proud of myself, too! :] Day 2: again, shaky, but it’s starting to feel better. no difference yet!! Day 3: managed to finish the entire thing without being as shaky!! slight difference with my stomach, arms, & legs. Not noticeable yet though! Day 4: no difference, but it’s becoming easier! day 5: arms were slightly shaky, & slight difference! Day 6: again, slight difference, though not much is new! Day 7: not as shaky, it’s becoming kinda fun too, no difference Day 8: shaky, but to be fair, I did miss a week, also felt nauseous, so that’s not good. overall, managed to complete, and i’m back to daily exercising!! day 9: (final) got easy - ish again and im finally at my desired weight!! :]

Starting today Current weight - 75kg I am going to follow a healthy diet and no sugar for a month and do this exercise for a Month. I am going to update every day Day 1- It was pretty hard. I wasn’t able to do every exercise as easily.
Trying this workout for 10 days!! Im also doing 2 other workouts with this and 8-10K steps a day And intermittent fasting Day 1- quite tricky since i couldnt also drink any water but i could feel the burn in my legs and arms Day 2- still a bit trickybut managed. Did an arm workout before this so my arms are burning Day 3- lost 2Kgs so far! Hi! I already have wide shoulders, is it okay not to do the workouts that targets my upper body? If yes, what more glute//waist/flat stomach exercises should I add to my workout if I were to eliminate the workouts for my upper body?
Please consider changing that title because WE ALL KNOW THERE is NO SUCH THING AS " FIXING" HIP DIPS!!! Either you have a nice waistline and smaller hips, either you dont...what you can do is do many obliques and thigh exercices to tone up and look tighther but wider hips and a plump butt and thigh ( curvy pear shape) will not change completely... tiny and skinny or flabby and round and bold BE PROUD of your body and curves!!! **BEING FIT AND HEALTHY** is more important that an ideal bmi and hip to waist ratio ...you will regret all those times you dared not to go swim or put on bikini/ bathing suit/ short skirts/ shorts / that shorter summer dress and go swim sunbathe go to beach ....

CONSISTENCY is key and if you weigh only 52 kgs at thatvage you probablyndo not NEED To Lose weight at all! If you wantbto tone up keep being consistent, if you really want to lose weight combine mild cardio with longer medium intensity workouts like swimming jogging .. with intenser exercises like boxing dancing HIIT ...+ use dumbells 3 x weekly. AND CINSIDER sleeping always over 7 ish hours and having a consistent waking up rythm so NO waking up 2 hours later on weekends !! Thus not ending up in bed WITH DEVICES like tablets cell phones ....only at about 01/02 am instead of 23 to 23.30 PM...consider *installing blue light filter* on your cell phone and try to not use that smartphone first first 45 min to hour after waking up instead go outside for morning walk or just look through the window first thing after waking up. More light exposure in the( early) morning and LESS SCREEN TIME aka less exposure to blue light ( all light) later in evening 20npm / past 22 pm is necessary to sleep well or better!!! Consider making a safe or a box to put that smartphone in at night/during breakfast ... Buy running shoes or a step machine you won t regret the investments.sane for a 3 set of dumbells pex 1 3 5 kgs. If you have trouble getting to 7 ish hours every nightnof sleep or very much trouble FALLING ASLEEP change when and how you go to bed. This means going to bed earlier.NOT watching TV etc..DO NOT USE BEDROOM for other things than falling asleep.keep a sleeping dairy when you go to bed and wake up + *reasons why* you think you fall asleep only after pex 45 min....eating too much / watching a horror movie/ stressing about school...

Day 1st:Shaky,bit sweat (i can feel it)and also i wanna do this like at least 15 days!
Day 2nd:Did it at night cuz i was busy with my studies!I wasnt sweaty and wasntt so shaky like yesterday!
Day 3rd:Fine,arms feeling bit sore but i still did it!did it at afternoon 14:50pm!
Day 4th:Amazing!feeling better and bit see my hips are better shape!(fun fact did this at 14:50pm like yesterday)
Day 5th:so good!feeling no shaky!!Seeing my body going into hourglass!10 days to do!
Day 6th:seeing my hips are getting in better shape!(did this at 7:38pm opps)
Day 7th:not bad but kinda tired(i had 9 classes today in my school!)did this at like 5:20pm

1st day: i was tired and it was a bit hard but i finished it. I took some breaks. It went by pretty fast
2nd day: so it was easier than yesterday and i took only 2 breaks! I didnt notice any changes since its been only a day! But i feel better when i do this!
3rd day: it was better and i only took a break 1 time! I feel better and its easier!
4th day: it was a lot more easier and i dont think that i took breaks! Maybe for a few seconds but im still proud of myself for finishing this workout. I see only small results but theyre not very visible
5th day: its getting easier but the leg lift always kills me lol. I see small results but not muchh

Please consider changing that title because WE ALL KNOW THERE is NO SUCH THING AS " FIXING" HIP DIPS!!! Either you have a nice waistline and smaller hips, either you dont...what you can do is do many obliques and thigh exercices to tone up and look tighther but wider hips and a plump butt and thigh ( curvy pear shape) will not change completely... tiny and skinny or flabby and round and bold BE PROUD of your body and curves!!! **BEING FIT AND HEALTHY** is more important that an ideal bmi and hip to waist ratio ...you will regret all those times you dared not to go swim or put on bikini/ bathing suit/ short skirts/ shorts / that shorter summer dress and go swim sunbathe go to beach ....

CONSISTENCY is key and if you weigh only 52 kgs at thatvage you probablyndo not NEED To Lose weight at all!
If you wantbto tone up keep being consistent, if you really want to lose weight combine mild cardio with longer medium intensity workouts like swimming jogging .. with intenser exercises like boxing dancing HIIT ...+ use dumbells 3 x weekly. AND CINSIDER sleeping always over 7 ish hours and having a consistent waking up rythm so NO waking up 2 hours later on weekends !! Thus not ending up in bed WITH DEVICES like tablets cell phones ....only at about 01/02 am instead of 23 to 23.30 PM...consider *installing blue light filter* on your cell phone and try to not use that smartphone first first 45 min to hour after waking up instead go outside for morning walk or just look through the window first thing after waking up. More light exposure in the( early) morning and LESS SCREEN TIME aka less exposure to blue light ( all light) later in evening 20npm / past 22 pm is necessary to sleep well or better!!! Consider making a safe or a box to put that smartphone in at night/during breakfast ...

If you have trouble getting to 7 ish hours every nightnof sleep or very much trouble FALLING ASLEEP change when and how you go to bed. This means going to bed earlier.NOT watching TV etc..DO NOT USE BEDROOM for other things than falling asleep.keep a sleeping dairy when you go to bed and wake up + *reasons why* you think you fall asleep only after pex 45 min....eating too much / watching a horror movie/ stressing about school...
