Hola, José 🙂 en este caso en particular solo te puedo brindar mi opinión; la misma no constituye un consejo de inversión. Si el Airbnb es orientado a turistas extranjeros yo no invertiría en Vista Cana ya que está del lado opuesto de la autopista al de la playa. Si será orientado a visitantes locales pues quizá sí te pueda funcionar porque el local visita Punta Cana con carro propio. Yo he llegado a alquilar como huésped en propiedades de ese lado de la autopista y me muevo en carro a las diferentes atracciones PERO el turista generalmente no alquila vehículo. Las áreas del Cortecito y Los Corales son las más adecuadas para turistas extranjeros, aunque son más costosas. Espero esto te ayude! 🙂

We wouldn’t venture to recommend one above the other but in our experience a two bedroom has high demand and many times the renters are just one couple and only use one room. Our apartments sleep five people (2 bedrooms plus one sofa bed). 3 bedrooms would open up a different market but I would think well the bed configuration that works best to fit demand (e.g. two king beds and bunk beds in the third room or all king beds, etc.) if it’s your first investment a two bedroom would be cheaper and easier to maintain while you learn how to manage it…

Escoge un Airbnb cerca de un hotel y pídele a la compañía de tours que te recoja en ese hotel pero hazles saber que esperarás el transporte en la entrada de hotel en lugar del lobby 🙂 puedes hacerlo con cualquier agencia

It all depends on preference and budget for each family. For example a family of four would pay 800 per night if the hotel is 200 per person and just 200 total if they stay in an Airbnb. I like both options and depending on the type of trip I want I book one or the other

Hola, Oscar, sí. Están uno justo al lado del otro en el piso de arriba. Están puerta frente a puerta y unidos también por la terraza del techo. Son perfectos para familias grandes porque tienen mucho espacio común pero también brindan privacidad y espacios propios 🙂

You keep using the term " Punta Cana " when in reality you are in Bavaro ! The real Punta Cana is only by the airport : Punta Cana Village and Punta Cana Resort and Club
You are 100% correct! However Bavaro is known an marketed as Punta Cana as well and that’s why we refer to it as Punta Cana so people know what we’re referring to
