Wow I like that kitchen, living, dining space. Some much light; and the decor and furniture is well done. Wish the bed room had that much light coming in during the day. Would be a good idea to put a reasonable size pool on the roof. Nice Airbnb Norberis. All the best , good luck and a lot of success👏👏

No, it doesn't. It's on the 5th floor and no other buildings around are that high. You can't see inside.

I would take an Uber it's around $15. If you take a taxi they will charge $35 to $45.

Si me gustaría comentarte algo q considero q le hace falta a tu diseño mobiliario, es una butaca o sillón al lado del sofa (no proximo a la entrada, sino proximo al ventanal) esa area esta muy libre. Ademas tu hablas para una capacidad de hasta 4 personas. Es una constructiva sugerencia! Cuando este en Sto domingo te buscare para rentarlo. Gracias!

I passed by this building often. Very quiet area. I wouldn't live in that building but it would be a great investment as a AIRBNB. I live across from a building that is set up like that with many AirBNBs. Every weekend the common areas has a different group of people having parties. I guess it a selling point, but who wants to live in a building that has strangers every weekend? Great price on the airbnb. Is that an introduction price?

Apartment like this will cost around $80k to $100k. But if f you would have bought in the preconstruction phase probably a little cheaper.

It used to by close to the old US Embassy, now it is in another area is about 30 minutes distance to the new US Embassy.

Furniture depending on the size probably and the building (meaning if it is new construction with amenities or old construction) any where from $900 to $1400, furniture any where from $600 to $1100. Price will varies depending on different factors.
