They say 20 for 200, wow, that is even more confusing. If 7.5 is 7500 and 20.0 is 20,000 won on the menu in restaurant or cafe. But if they say 20 elsewhere, it actually means 200,000 won but not 20,000won?
Wow, I am guessing this must be buying a car or something if salesperson say 900, they actually mean 9 million won.
Thank you that is very helpful
My most needed video

Could you tell us where currency exchange is at the airport and the process for that? Thank you!! Your videos are helpful!
Thank you very much for your informative videos. Can you please explain how to do money exchange in Seoul? Thanks again
Thank you for watching! :)
To do money exhcange in Seoul, visit a bank with your passport to do a money exchange. You can also go to authorized exchange service center, but to be safe, I would recommend going to a bank. Hope this answered your question. :)
Im probably coming to Seoul in October and I wanna visit Nami Island but I’m kinda scared that I won’t find it or it would be boring alone so maybe you guys can join me so we can have a cool time :)
Namib Island is such a nice to visit:))
We haven’t decided it yet but if the time works, then it would be a great idea! 😆😆
There are many tours on expedia etc
Once again thanks for a great video! I’m going to Korea in 3 weeks and I was wondering where should I change my money. Who gives the best rates? I’ll probably have to change some at the airport but after that where should I go?
I think it can be better to exchange money in your country before coming to Korea. But if you have to exchange money in Korea, you can do it at the airport or at Myeongdong. Bank has better rates but there are restriction in exchanging money at the banks. So it's better to use a credit card than cash.
Do you know if the ATM machines in Korea are contactless? or have Apple Pay? Thanks.
There isn't any contactless machines. Also no Apple Pay in Korea :((
😅 Is there a basic korean math book
in english With money pictures coin pictures for sale thank you richard u s a january26 2024. ❤❤
I plan to take cash only to exchange at the Chinese Embassy (has good rating) in Seoul. Should I exchange somewhere else and is cash anywhere not accepted?
Hello! You can exchange there :)
Cash is accepted in most of the places. No worries :)
I never used cash when visited in 2016. So much technology in Korea, however it’s nice to have some cash around
@@alaska340 So true ;) sometimes cash is needed for that street fooooods 😆😉
