By far the best video for learning a good forward stroke. Been more than two year ww kayaking, and lot of this time trying to improve my forward stroke.
Paddler can keep in the focus where he would like to go. Whit his peripheral view he should see his right/left (depending on stroke) shoulder, like this he is sure that he is rotating torso. This helped me with rotation. Kind regards Goran
99% of paddlers don’t have good torso rotation. So true. It’s easy to cheat paddle WW with horizontal paddle and stern rudder. As a relative beginner, I expect it will takes years to develop a good forward stroke.
your recent video's have been really great to fine-tune my technique. thanks a lot!

Everyone teaches to keep paddle vertical ..they do it during the lesson but after the lesson i don't see anyone doing it.....go figure....what's up

I don't need more shoulder issues, so torso rotation is the only way to row for me.
