4. 30 slow reverse strokes
5. 15 medium reverse strokes
6. 15 fast reverse strokes
7. 10 forward sweeps L
8. 10 forward sweeps R
9. 10 reverse sweeps L
10. 10 reverse sweeps R
11. Big circle c-stroke L
12. Little circle c-stroke L
13. Big circle c-stroke R
14. Little circle c-stroke R
15. Big circle offside c-stroke L
16. Little circle offside c-stroke L
17. Big circle offside c-stroke R

19. 10 s-turns (forward sweep into draw stroke)
