  • To be effective under pressure, we need to train deliberately. Training deliberately when it comes to fighting for your life in the face of screaming bullets means practicing positions to get into that still allow you to be offensive with your bullet launcher. Here is how Zee “gets small”, deliberately. Enjoy.

EXCELLENT TUTORIAL ZEE: in my youth I was a break dancer. I completely understand why we must practice/train not only CTEs but also the FLOW to help decrease the size of our signature.
Long story short I would practice break dance moves a couple hours a day everyday to develop muscle memory. Because when saturday night rolls around and your out doing your thing and you gotta battle another individual and/or crew it is all muscle memory and your subconscious mind doing the work. I think that either people get it or they dont. Maybe I battle a guy and the battle only lasts a few moments in time, most people dont realize that those few seconds of
    LIGHTING FAST MOVES
Took 1000s upon 1000s of repetitions day after day after day to ensure you were able to perform when it truly mattered.
I learned how to spin on head, I know I can learn this, and excel beyond everyone's expectations.

Good stuff. A lot of folks don’t realize how effective you can be in these positions and more. You can figure out what works best for you, but above all, trigger discipline and muzzle awareness is a must. Notice the orientation of his weapon, always down range. Even if you dip it or elevate it a little, it’s still towards the threat. A good friend of mine also implemented something one time... we all know the range safety rules but also added another one to it. “KNOW THE STATUS OF YOUR WEAPON!” This is so true. I love shooting, I love firearms, I have several AR platform rifle builds, imma firearms instructor for our PD, SWAT, etc etc... but you can’t beat this type of training. This is some good stuff. Stay frosty, ladies and gents. Vet104 - out

Hey Karl, Thank you for finding quality people and sharing them with us. Btw, everything you do and say really brings back the days of being support/OpFor for you guys down at Bragg. The opportunity to absorb your culture and learn from you guys was second to none. You guys were always sharing stories and knowledge whether we were picking up brass or trying to catch you sneaking into our encampment. SF treated us like little brothers, it was awesome. 35 years later...still awesome! Thank you . And I forgive you for stealing all of our Pogey bait on the nightly undetected raids;)

It's really interesting to have YOUR experience as a fighter. I have been trying your moves on airsoft fields with my plate carrier load-out. Even if players laugh at first, I saw a major difference in my flow, my focus on targets, reactivity, precision and success rate on all my shots. the most appropriate situations for me were CQB and defensive situations, which became really pressuring for the attackers. So thanks for your mastery tools !

I’m gonna practice these tonight during my dry fire drills, I’m infantry and it definitely would help me to train these movement patterns. Even if you don’t train them while behind actual cover, like I’m not doing. It helps so much to have good body mechanics when running around with a gun body armor and other gear on. This video is helpful. Thanks a lot!
