- In this how to I take the Huina 580 apart piece by piece and show what needs to be removed and how to remove it. I also show in detail what connections will need to be modified in the track system.

Thanks for making this very good video, I've have the 1580, I've got the body off at the moment as removing the smoke unit to make more room for the lipo and also add some extra weights, i have the upgraded slew gear on the way so i can see from your video how i need to fit it, so no point me putting it all back together till the slew gear arrives.
Glad it helped I would keep it all apart till you get the slew on.

Excellent video, just converted mine to proper esc's, receiver etc. Can you recommend a reasonable price sound kit that's not too big? thanks
A sound kit that will fit you will have to look at a servonaut small. Its a little pricy though. As for something cheap you can look at the gt power option but not sure it will fit.

Hey man. I hope you can help me out. I bought the huina 580 but it came by parts. I just want to go hydraulic. I bought the chassis, tracks, gears boxes all the parts except the arm, and all the battery stuff. But it doesn’t come with the screws I already asked the seller but I think they don’t understand me. You know where can I get the screws?
You can try aliexpress and search up screws for the 580. I think they are an odd screw size. Like a 2.5mm.

Is it worth doing the work or just buying a pre built hydraulic ex? Considering all options before I purchase. Also, where's a safe spot to buy the 580? Living in America all we get is these flakey internet companies...
To be honest if you are willing to spend a little more money then I would get the kabolite 336 full hydraulic RC. Comes all ready to go.

How do I bind a new controller to the 580?? It’s not plug n play it needs binding
For a stock 580 you can't bind a new controller to it. You would have to do a conversion to either hydraulic or all electric with esc's. Then get a new transmitter and receiver and bind it them together. But the original transmitter can not be replaced unless it is being replaced by the exact same transmitter.
@@RCConstructionHobby ok.. then I guess I got the wrong one.. ther are 2 kinds I didn’t kno which is which and wit my luck I always get the 1st choice wrong.. all I get is a blinking light on this new controller.. so I waste $30!! Thanks anyways
Where did u get the metal tracks from
The 580 comes with metal tracks. If you want metal tracks there is a site that sells them in Europe or you can check aliexpress for them as well. But the 580 has always come with metal tracks... check the model you have as it my be the plastic version.
My controller is bad it won’t operate the motor on the big mast arm.. if I buy another remote how do I bind it to my excavator?? I cannot find any videos on it
If you buy a replacement controller it will bind to the existing machine. I believe the frequencies should be the same.

Why do you have to move the holes up 1.5mm on the template???
So it fits on the machine. It mentions it on the template.
