Most underrated QB of all time! You NEVER hear ESPN giving this man the attention he deserves. If it were up to me, this video would get millions of views. Thanks for the upload!
Joe Flores it was 2 rape charges. Everybody knew it was a scam that's y it never was brought back up by the media. Only the haters bring up dumb shot like that.
Atiba Gaskin well both accusations were bogus, because they couldn’t present evidence that they were sexually assaulted. And the fact that they both accusers dropped the charges on rape cases seems a bit odd. Because if he did in fact rape those women, why would they simply drop the charges and demand money? No amount of money could heal those scars. But I digress, I’ve never seen a Quarterback like Ben, before him the only qbs you saw were mostly pocket qbs like Peyton Manning and runners like Michael Vick. I’ve never seen another qb take a hit by JJ Watt and shrug him off like he wasn’t even there.
The fact that you included that play where he fought off Suggs to throw an incompletion makes me so happy, so many other highlight makers you can tell just look through players big yardage plays and TD's and then go and find those clips. The fact that you remember find and include an incompletion makes it even clearer the passion you have for the Steelers. Love your vids man thanks so much!!
Ze Predator Not just him am going miss some other QB's too. But yeah I think the Steeler franchise will never live down passing on Dan Marino. I still don't get how a locale QB with that talent got away?
These highlights are the reasons why, while Ben will never be considered the best quarterback of all time, he will always remain my favorite. No one plays Football like Big Ben.

Watching this made me realize how de-sensitized I've become to watching him make these types of plays. When he was first starting out in 04 and 05, it was incredible seeing it because you'd never seen it before from someone his size and with his strength. But lately, you see a blitz coming off the edge like it has a zillion times before in his career now, and you kind of expect him to go a certain way and get out of it the way that he does. But putting them all together like this and having them up against each other makes you not want to take it for granted all the times you have previously. We're gonna miss this ability from our QB once it's gone, and we won't realize it until it's too late.
Man it's been an privilege watching big ben from the day he was drafted back in 04. I was only 16 when he got drafted by the Burgh and I remember every single moment with Ben as our QB. All of us Steelers fans have been very spoiled football fans. Gonna be a sad day when this man retires..hopefully we can capture another title or two for the big guy.
I was always a die hard steeler fan, and when big ben retired just remember that he is The greatest pittsburgh steeler Quaterback to ever play. Future hall of famer and one of the greatest of all time🙌🏽
ssids People act like Ben was only successful because of the talent around him but fail to realize that the things u see in this video had nothing to do with his surrounding talent and I bet their QBs couldnt do this shit if they were in these situations
I always equate the "pump fake" to Big Ben. He used it more than other QBs & always knew how to get defenders to jump or miss altogether. One of the best at making something outta nothing.
I remember being really young watching a game with my family. I believe it was Steelers Rams. I became a fan solely because I was the only kid in that house who could say Roethlisberger the right way. Now I’m 25 and I’m gonna dread the day Big Ben retires. No one can say he didn’t give it his all for the Black and Gold.
As a die hard football fan, Ben is one of those players that I never appreciated his skill and what he did until a few years ago because of my hatred for the Steelers
Sad to see how what made Ben ICONIC during his career just fell off and he was playing the last few years as a shell off the guys he was Also I think it’s hard not to love the corner pass to santonio
Big Ben is a beast! Brady could never do what Ben did with the defense collapsing on him. Very underrated when it come down to mentioning the greats who played the game.
From a giants fan, this guy was so under appreciated. Was a top5 QB from late 2000s to mid2010s and did it in such a unique way. Him and romo were the backyard football gods
I forget which year it was - and I can't find it online - but during a mid-season Steelers game, they put up a graphic comparing Ben's passing stats when he doesn't get hit before throwing and when he does. The "doesn't" stats were a little above average, but the "does" stats were ridiculous - I think he had a one-thirty-something passer rating after contact but only mid-upper-eighties without contact. That's why after the 2008 AFC Championship, the Ravens' Trevor Pryce said: "Here's my advice to the Arizona Cardinals: Don't rush Ben Roethlisberger. After that, he's a playground football player. That's what he is, and he's a damn good one."
Watching this man play was always intense the jukes , breaking free from defenders, and those 4th quarter 10 seconds left 4th down hail marys makes some of these pro athletes look like JV
Steelers fan here. Not saying hes the best quarterback ever. But was one of the funnest QBs to watch. Loved earlier in his career when he would shake players on every other PLAY!
But LJ isn't evading to bomb it down field. He's racking up yards on the ground. Ben would run 20 yards behind the line of scrimmage, stiff arming defenders, to complete a pass. Not an apples to apples comparison in that regard.
Man. I still remember that packers vs steelers super bowl like it was yesterday. We should of won that but the refs missed and decided not to call a blatant defensive pass interference call on 4th down which cost us the game.
This guy right here man #7 he is the most underrated QB to play the game. I’m not saying he’s Aaron Rodgers but damn what a career he had and many more to come. I love this guy best Qb in Steelers history
My favorite was his Chris Simms interview. Chris is geeking out about his perfect mechanics and Ben has no clue what he’s talking about 😂 he really is a street ball qb. Shows up, dominates, then goes to primanti’s to enjoy a sand which and a couple beers it’s awesome lol.
I swear if Ben wanted to he could hold the ball till next week running around and still find an open receiver.... what a legend. I love Big Ben so much.
It's crazy how many times he did this against my Titans and yet they aren't even in this compilation. Big Ben had about 1000 of these escapes when it's all said and done.
Damn I’m gonna miss watching him play when he retires! I was in PA when he started his career and had the fortune of seeing him live a fair few times. Dope video, it’s all good but my favorite and probably the best throw of his career would be the winner to Holmes in XLIII... 👍

One of my favorite Big Ben plays of all time.
No other QB has the strength to push Suggs off of him like that. That’s why Suggs and Ben have such respect.
Serr Grat that was a awesome play right there. Not to lose yards & let Suggs know he wasn't intimidated.
throwing a incompletion is better then taking the sack and losing yards

In not a Steelers fan but the shoelace tackle is the best tackle by any nfl quarterback in NFL history
Agree but gonna be much sadder if they think Rudolph is the replacement. I would rather lose, rebuild through the draft and go for another dynasty.
