Do all the star treks. This was amazing good job. Animation takes time I know. I used to make stop motion animation as a kid using toys. I love deep space nine it's possible my favorite star trek and the next generation also close to it as well.
This is terrific, perfectly captures both the vibes of DS9 and the LEGO games in the same go. The creative choices for what bricks and parts to use and represent different things and the level of detail put into the station itself are incredible. The composition is lovely as it captures the DS9 intro while also being clearly unique and including its own elements. Eagerly awaiting the next creation
Except for one little teeny detail. At the time Captain sisko was in command of deep space nine there were 2 fusion reactors out of the 6th at the station had that were offline because they were below minimum safety requirements. One of them Chief O'Brien couldn't get parts for and the other one was back up only but could not be put online for regular use anyway. Other than that the station looks great!
If you like a brick build Defiant, check out the small German company Bluebrixx. They have a Star Trek licence. They have 3 versions of the Defiant out: 250 bricks, 600 bricks and 3,000 bricks. They also have a 300 and a 3,000 piece version of DS9. The designs are great.
Crazy thing is, you've made ,for fun, what would have once taken a team of professional animators and potentially a couple million dollars to produce, using freely available software that utterly surpasses the industry standard of the time.
