- 香煎姜丝黑鲳鱼🐟软嫩鲜甜的鱼肉,配上酱汁!太好吃了😋
食材:黑鲳鱼、姜丝、青葱丝、少许盐
酱汁:4勺生抽、少许胡椒粉、1勺糖 、半碗清水
做法:
1)热油,下入姜丝,煎至金黄色&酥脆取出备用
2)热锅再倒多一点油,中火煎鱼煎至金黄色
3)锅留底油,把调好的酱汁倒入,煮至沸腾
4)鱼装盘,铺上姜丝,酱汁淋在鱼上最后加入葱丝就完成开吃啦‼️❤️

Ingredients: black pomfret fish , shredded ginger, shredded shallots, a pinch of salt
Sauce: 4 tablespoons of light soy sauce, a little pepper, 1 tablespoon of sugar, half a bowl of water
practice:
1) Heat oil, add shredded ginger, fry until golden brown & crispy, take out and set aside
2) Heat the pan with a little more oil, and fry the fish on medium heat until golden brown
3) Leave the bottom oil in the pot, pour in the adjusted sauce, and boil until boiling
4) Put the fish on a plate, spread with shredded ginger, pour the sauce on the fish and add the shredded green onion to finish the meal‼ ️❤️

Ideal size about one kg
I would rather used half of a 1.2 kg fish than a 600. Gm fish

Ingredients:
500g Black Pomfret
ginger
onion green leaves
4 TABLEspoon light soy sauce.
1/2 TABLEspoon white pepper powder.
1 TABLEspoon sugar.
salt
half small bowl plain water
cooking oil
Steps:
1. Wash black pomfret.
Wipe it dry with kitchen towel.
2. Cut an 'X' mark on fish body both sides.
3. Coat fish body with salt. Put aside.
4. Cut ginger into big slices.
then Cut them into long slices. Put aside into a small bowl.
5. Cut onion green leaves into long slices.
Put into a small bowl cold water to soak.
6. (Prepare sauce) In a bowl,
add 4 TABLEspoon light soy sauce.
add 1/2 TABLEspoon white pepper powder.
add 1 TABLEspoon sugar.
add half small bowl plain water. Mix well.
7. Heat (wok / flat pot) then add oil.
After oil is hot, add sliced ginger. Fry until golden brown look crispy.
Take it out and put aside.
8. Add more oil to deep fry fish (add oil until it cover one side of fish).
Change fire to medium heat.
Fry until 4-5 minutes.
Then turn over to fry until golden brown.
Let the fish drip off its oil and put into a plate.
Take out the oil aside but leave some oil to fry the sauce.
Pour in the sauce.
Turn high heat and boil it. After boil, turn off the heat.
9. put the fried ginger on top of fish.
Then drizzle the sauce onto the fish.
Then put the soaked sliced onion green leaves.
