Nice video but even after all these settings I still think maps like woods and shoreline look terrible. When your not in a building and your outside, the trees and the hills have such crazy shadows and such poor textures it's just hard to play when it looks so bad. The level of detail inside buildings is fantastic then you step outside and its like playing a game from 10 years ago.

What comes to my mind, make sure your ram XMP profile is enabled, binaural audio turned off. Let me know if it works. Otherwise we will have to check your cpu and gpu usage stats.
Try playing around with HBAO, also check nvidia control panel settings. Try to set them to default. Play on full screen mode. Thats all the possible reasons that I can think of atm.
it also may be a corrupted driver, if nothing that GAWD said works, just try rolling back your drivers by 1 update. If that doesnt fix it then you can get your newest driver back installed.
That shadow flickering is a bug, after my investigation... happended to me since patch 0.13. No setting in Tarkov or Nvidia/AMD Controll panel can help. Dont uncheck use only physical cores, infact if u have a high ghz per core u can even slighty increase fps in tarkov by disabling multithreading completely
Having physical cores on is when you have more physical than virtual so it won't switch from physical to virtual and won't have performance issues, if you don't have a lot of physical ones, keep it unticked, otherwise ticked.
Player and object will render differently depending on how the game is code. This setting is def not for rendering player distance silly, it’s for other objects😂 you can turn it down.

Not at all worth loosing 10fps for a little postfx, you should use Nvidia control panel instead and play with digital vibrance since that doesn't affect your games.
@@Calleetuna digital vibrance has nothing to do with post fx if you have a problem post fx customized. Post fx can change light, visiblity and a lot of others things nvidia dont. But yeah, it cost a lot of fps on some map.
GPU is about 15-20% of Tarkov performance. It's all CPU and RAM bound. Having a better GPU has very, very minimal difference in this game. There are tests out there with brand new CPUs and RAM and 4 year old graphics cards and they run amazingly well.
Very nice recommendations with a clear explanation on what each setting impacts. Good job.
