    Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
    1. Being in calorie deficit
    2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
    3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
    I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.
    Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health.

      Please dont forget to be healthy you also need to eat to develop and take care of your mental health❤ many areas in your brain such as the prefrontal cortex are literally still developing as well as your hormonal system.

    Hey Lilly I've been doing your workout since 2022 and your workout are the most effective one I've ever seen. I love ur all 5 min workout . Most people want a big butt but I want a small butt . How to get a smaller butt ?

    I wish I could do this but the intense workout music so off putting and just makes me feel anxious like im in a HIIT workout class. can you do pilates with more gentle/ no music? xx

    I really don’t recommend repeating this to anyone who wants to have healthy joints! I have nothing against exercises, but the training must be structured correctly. My dear trainers, you cannot structure the training so as to stand and load the wrist joint in the 4-point position for 10 minutes and then after 3 minutes stand again for about 10 minutes. I'm sorry but this is not professional or competent training.
    I hope people won’t just mindlessly repeat this. Wish everybody good health. 🙌
