Hol' up - just how exactly is it possible to get over 500 iridium ore on the first visit without cheating? (No stairs, can't get there before ten, shit weapons and low skill level)
Just curious, why did you not use his footage exclusively for the video? I find it confusing because I want to watch him play not you playing, no offence
Where did he use his own footage/how could you tell? I'm not sure if cordite edits his vods to upload, if not maybe Waligug was having issues combing through all the footage to find the specific examples he wanted to talk about? And no offence, but why watch someone else's channel for a video on Cordite if you're particular about not wanting content included from anyone but him? edit: oh, come to think of it I do remember noticing the 999 stacks and wondering why there was footage of what was obviously the item spawner mod, rather than getting to see how many cordite was actually working with - I'm definitely on board with you about that.
@@MononymousM it's pretty obvious it was Walligug's footage most of the video, I assume it was just background footage to play while he talked, so I was simply bringing up the fact that instead of irrelevant background footage he could have used clips of the points he was talking about to play in the background instead, making the video more about the actual topic. I only pointed it out because it seemed strange. Also I get your point on how there may be quite a bit of footage to comb through for the purpose of the video, but it's obvious walli either watched the original stream or VOD at some point so he could make the video, so the spots he used to write the script could have pretty easily been used in the video, rather than some irrelevant game play to the topic. Also, I hadn't actually heard about cordite until this video, but I did go and watch a bit of the VOD after this video. And the reason I bring it up is because even tho I could just watch the VOD for gameplay, if a video is talking about gameplay and is going to have a video playing in the background, it just makes sense that the video in the background should be the gameplay being discussed rather than something irrelevant.

I definitely agree, now that I've thought about it. I did vaguely wonder why we kept getting footage of the item spawner mod, but it wasn't until I read the comments that I realised how much was left unanswered/was confusing that I wish was explained.
"And then he accomplishes something improbable within the time frame, if not borderline impossible. no explanation needed, let's move along to how rich this makes him."
TheHaboo also did some of these runs, I think he got 90mil in the first year (I've only seen the 40mil one of his and that was already incredible 😭) now that I've seen those videos I can't play Stardew in a relaxing way anymore I need to also to challenges like this and optimize every second 😭😭😭😭
And here I am, who hasn't gotten a single prismatic shard in my first year.
Now please someone explain how this man gets to floor 105 in like 2 days
Knowing where thee ladders will spawn because of resets or blade predictor
@@notsure4608 oh that thing
Yeah i dont have that or know how to get that

what are those green floors at 1:12? I've never seen those lmao
Those are the dangerous mines, you unlock it from a Mr. Qi quest when you unlock his walnut room on Ginger Island.

I'm doing what is technically my 2nd playthrough and I found 3 iridium ore in a geode in spring and ìm just happy with that. My first playthrough ended in early summer cause I wanted to change to 4 corners farm type.

Slingshot explosive ammo and lots of pausing

how did you complete spring crop bundles before day 8? i mean cawliflower is 12 days to grow
He did another bundle prob the construction bundle
He did Jojamart, not the community center

Super late but as someone who loves both SDV and POE, the last place I expected to see a shot of the POE passive tree was an SDV video 😂
How are the kegs and furnaces so quick?
I think it’s a mod that lets you change it so it’s instant.
@@specialkylika thank you so much
@@italicmuscle4786 If you're still wondering - he did this without using the instant mods. The recording shown here isn't from the actual playthrough.

And the reason I bring it up is because even tho I could just watch the VOD for gameplay, if a video is talking about gameplay and is going to have a video playing in the background, it just makes sense that the video in the background should be the gameplay being discussed rather than something irrelevant.
i'm trying to find the full vod of Cordite playing this, any ideas?

What are these grass floors in the mines? I've put in over 200 hours, made it to the bottom of the mine, unlocked the more dangerous mine, and made it to level 125 of the skull cavern so I don't understand where this is supposed to be am I missing something ?
Yeah this run has a few things that confuse me about how some thing occurred... like how he somehow had a horse flute before he even got to ginger island
@@VapourWav3 That's because waligug did a lot of scenes recorded by himself - you can tell by the fact that the character looks different and that there is no cordite camera
And the grass floors in the mines, which afaik cordite didn't unlock it was just silly recording by waligug, are dangerous mines between 40 and 80
@@alexion3007 okay I've heard you can move down levels in the more dangerous mines and honest to god Ive only ever seen the first floor. I've pickaxed every single stone and there's no ladder, I've set off bombs and killed all the enemies, no ladder. How the f are you guys moving down floors in the more dangerous mines? Is my game glitching out or have I just never tried to put down a staircase in those mines? 😂😭 Oh my lord year 6 and I've only ever seen the ground floor 😂
@@ladyjayd9100 Uhm there's definitely more than just the first level you should be able to break rocks and get staircases I've done that myself that sounds like your game is glitching out
