Many businesses that endorse these pint-sized underdogs often experience slowness and have a hard time getting around the daily workflow, but an upgrade like this could surely remedy the issue.

are you sure it's registering the 64GB? there were no screens of it showing 64GB on your video, just you installing and others have said it doesn't work

It most certainly does, I still have these NUC's running, I had 3 of which 2 had 64gb of RAM, and work without any issues.

@@TKsTechCorner thanks, i would really like this to work, maybe it only works for your setup as its virtualized ? have you tried just sticking windows or ubuntu directly on it and seeing if it registers the 64GB ram? page 13 here says the 8th gen i7 only supports 32GB, but you mention in the video their website said it supports 64GB? also is it a 9th gen? you say 9th gen in the video: ruclips.net/video/I-g6ahPpBEg/видео.html
see page 13 for the specs on supported memory:

Was hoping to build my own lab with NUCs' so any videos/advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm working on my RHCSA and CCNA and wish to get into working with docker, kubernetes and ansible. Been running a couple of VMs on virtualbox, but I need to upgrade my laptop which is running ubuntu. I'm new to Linux but have fallen in love with it. Thanks.

I just upgraded the same NUC from 16 to 32 using these Vengeance ram cards. In bios it only show 8mb per slot/16 total. In Geekbench it shows 32mb total. Any idea how to solve?

What kind of VMS were you running that resulted in the need to upgrade to 64gb?

Hello, thanks for the video, i have a NUC7i3BNH with 64GB RAM (M471A4G43MB1-CTD), only 32gb works good, when i plug the additional 32gb,
it doesn't start, the power button flash 3 times and according to intel, is a memory problem, do you have any advice please ?

First thing I would check is to make sure that both memory sticks are properly seated in your device. Take both out, reseat them, making sure that you feel/hear the click to ensure that both modules are properly secured. If that doesn't fix the problem, you may have a defective memory stick-it happens sometimes. One last thing, you should always try to buy twin memory sticks to ensure that they are the same brand. Sometimes the memory upgrade won't work if you use two different brands-even if they are the same amount of memory.
