Great video quintin! I love that engine roar on takeoff. Personally, I think spirit is an airline that has gotten so much attention for being bad, there is a bias against it. But actually, spirit is a great airline for those who can’t afford prices on Delta, American, United, Alaska, and Southwest. Thanks for the great video and merry Christmas!

Big Front Seat.....business class circa 1990 in 2020 minus all the FREE Stuff.
I remember when Spirit's Moto was "Catch the spirit!" and they used DC9s ad MD80s and served Free Peanuts! Those where the days!

shame it wasn't the 320neo you flew to newark with. guess they didn't have them yet. they seem to use that nowadays foe the newark/vegas route
I had a very bad experience with Spirit flying to Los Angeles, we were lining up for the runway, then all of a sudden the plane went almost completely sideways. The crew never told us what happened and upon getting off the plane, the flight attendants didnt know what baggage claim to go to to get my luggage.

The big seat seems nice at first, but after 2 1/2 hours becomes uncomfortable because it doesn't recline at all.

Thanks! I remember a Spirit flight attendant told me that they got rid of the recline in every seat because they had issues with some reclining too far
@@QFSAviation This is the first and only instance I've ever heard of where the seat doesn't move at all. Amazing. I was on Spirit last April, Chicago to Dallas, and it wasn't this good. Shitty interior. Felt like I was in a cattle car!

Aviation Ryan you have to be at least 15 usually to get no assistance. If you pay an unaccompanied minor fee (usually around $150), you can fly alone from age 5 (with special assistance)

No WIFI stinks for a 5 hr flight. I had always heard issues with Spirit delays, looks like you didnt have one. Do they let you bring your own food on board? Really, 14 bucks for oddles of noodlesand other stuff?
Shit I refuse to pay for GOGO wifi its sucks on Delta. Iooking out the window is the best entertainment especially during daytime.
Amtrak Traveler911 Good, I agree, at least when I fly Southwest, I can use AirPlay for only a few bucks for a 2.5 hr flight to Tampa from BWI. One time, I did for a whole flight unlimited so that I could watch some movies I forgot to download to my ipad before I left home, and didn’t have any issues with bandwidth, I suspect, not many people on the flight were using it.
I just don’t understand why Airbus engines have that damn noise, I’ve been on a couple 737-7 series over 10 years not as loud as those 320 engines, even the 320NEO is louder than the new LEAP/CFM engines on the MAX.
