I think your bearings also look a little dry. Rinse the bearings with a generous amount of lubricant and wipe them clean on a soft tissue. And just to be sure, clean the track part of the inside of both lids with a lightly oiled q-tip. And your good to go!

Thanks for the the tips! I did clean out the lids before the video actually. That white ring all around the inside of the lids seems to be where the black "paint" has worn off.

I think you might be missing the "axle" piece (in the middle). It might perform a bit differently with that part in place 👍🙂

@thefidgetfix I think they just use another magnet. But it has to be thick enough to engage both halves. It's usually a "loose" piece (not glued in).
I've also seen coins like this just use a metal slug instead of a magnet. However, I have never owned an actual "Milk Cap" from ACEDC.
